Darryl is in charge of the Audit Department in addition to his duties as managing partner.   He has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, including over 25 years with one of the "big four" accounting firms.  He is a Spencer County native, but lived in Ohio and Oklahoma during his "big four" years before returning to the area.  He is very active with Holy Redeemer Church and headed their recent $4.0 million building program.  Darryl has a large collection of Rocky Lane memorabilia ( a B-Western movie star).  He also collects autographs.

Darryl has spent his career serving clients in many industries, including financial, construction, manufacturing and food processing.  These clients include small to medium sized companies, both publicly and privately held.  He has had extensive association with providing consulting, accounting and auditing services to these and other businesses and individuals.

Darryl holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Indiana University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana and Ohio CPA Societies and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Mike is a partner in the Audit Department with over 25 years of experience in public accounting as well as 3 years experience in private industry.  Mike grew up in a military family and has lived in Guam, Alaska, and the state of Washington among other locales before settling in Evansville.  He is very involved with Families Through International Adoption and plays oboe in the Christian Fellowship Church orchestra.

He has devoted the largest part of his career to corporate income taxation (including multi-state dealings) for small to medium size companies.  Mike has significant experience with clients in the construction industry, and also serves manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.  Mike has considerable auditing experience and also performs business valuations, litigation support and fringe benefits consulting for the Firm.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Tax Partner

Nancy is a Partner in the Tax Department with over 25 years of experience in public accounting.  She is an Evansville native and Bosse graduate.  She is very active with the ACROS Gymnastics Booster Club for which her daughter competes and she spends her free time in her flower garden or with her camera.

She has devoted her career to the many forms of taxation that affect our lives. A large part of her current practice is devoted to partnerships, LLCs and trusts (including charitable unitrusts).  She has broad experience in individual and corporate taxation as well as nonprofit organizations.  Her clients cover a wide range of businesses.   She has significant experience in representing our clients with the Internal Revenue Service and has a reputation as an excellent technician and negotiator.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with Distinction from Indiana University.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.

Pete is responsible for our Client Accounting Services Department.  He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting.  He is a native of Spencer County, but now resides in Evansville.  Pete is a favorite nut down at the West Side Nut Club and he coaches baseball and hunts.

He has devoted his career to serving as a financial and tax advisor to many small businesses in a wide variety of industries.  This includes assisting our clients in monthly compilations, payroll, business advising and other small business services.  Much of Pete's time is spent in his clients' offices.  Pete is also responsible for our Computer Payroll Service.

Pete has an Associate of Science Degree from Lockyear College in Accounting and Computer Systems.

Warren has been with the Firm for 12 years and has over 15 years experience in public accounting.    He grew up on a Boonville farm and keeps his hand in it with his half-acre vegetable garden and numerous flower gardens.  He's always looking for a home improvement project as well. 

He has extensive experience in business and personal taxation.  He is heavily involved in estate planning, taxation and administration, personal and business financial planning and business advisory services.  He has a particular interest in the areas of agriculture, real estate, and automobile and farm implement dealers.  He has experience with a large network of area attorneys and banks in handling his clients' affairs.  He is very popular with our elderly clients due to the personal attention he devotes to their needs.

Warren has a Bachelors of Science degree from University of Southern Indiana with a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting.  He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society.
